Background

Matt attended Butler University graduating with a dual degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Upon graduation he worked in tech sales in Indianapolis while building his real estate portfolio.

An Entrepreneurial Itch

Matt walked away from his tech sales role with a successful startup to bet on himself and run his real estate start up, with an emphasis on modernizing existing best practices by leveraging his technology background.

LIV was born

Matt Co-Founded LIV in August 2017 after meeting Jeff Cohen, a real estate investor with 30 years of experience. LIV wears all the hats for its investor clients by acting as a one-stop-shop in which it sources deals, provides rehab management, leasing, property management and sales services. LIV currently has one brokerage, LIV Indy, with plans to expand regionally into 2019 and beyond.
